L'Arc-en-Ciel has been in the Japanese music scene for over one and a half decades. All of their releases last year turned into top sellers, with their latest music video compilation Chronicle 3 and eleventh full-length album Kiss climbing to the No. 1 spot of the Oricon charts. Now it's time to revisit the band's extensive tour that lasted from December to February. Tour 2007-2008 Theater of Kiss invites fans to 170 minutes of pure L'Arc-en-Ciel, recording highlights from the band's gigs at the National Yoyogi Stadium in Tokyo on February 9 and 10.

DVD ini berisi LIVE dari rangkaian TOUR mereka sepanjang akhir 2007 hingga awal 2008 dalam rangka mempromosikan album "KISS" yang baru dirilis. Disini mereka mengadakan LIVE di Yoyogi National Stadium selama 2 hari berturut-turut (9 February - 10 February 2008) yang dikemas dalam 1 DVD (ditampilkan secara berselang-seling saat mereka membawakan "L'Arc~en~Ciel PARADE 2007~2008").
